Jones Feed & Tack

While the cashiers and employees here are always kind, I find the the customer service from management lacking. I bought 5 bales and got them loaded by the staff (as far as I know they do not let you load your owns bales). I tipped the loaders and headed on my way. 5 minutes down the road the top bale fell off my truck and into the road, just to be ran over. An unfortunate mishap to be sure. I called Jones hoping I could replace said bale and was told there was nothing to be done as it fell off, off property. It was loaded by thier staff and was only 1 bale, given the thousands I have spent it seems like camping one bale would be in interest of the company to maintain good customer satisfaction but I suppose they cannot spare 17 dollars. All in all make sure to rearrange your bales before leaving the parking lot as the loading here cant be trusted.

They are family owned and are a very good animal feed store, but with so much more. They have a little restaurant, gaming machines, and ROCKIN low gas prices. I would go out of my way just to get gas, as they are at least of 40-50 cent less per gallon that the cheapest ones I've found.

I bought 5 chick's from this location 3 have died in the 1st 2 days, the other 2 are hanging in there. There is no garentee on the birds and they cost $8 per chick. I won't shop this store location again in the future.

Las Vegas native here. 55 years old been shopping at Jones at least 40 of those years. We regularly drop hundreds of dollars in feed each month. Havent bought chicks in years. Yesterday we bought 4 Easter egger chicks. The cages were filthy and poorly lit. I was surprised. As soon as we got home we could see a chick was struggling and she died within hours. I called Jones this morning. Zero empathy. I was told no refund, no store credit. Nothing. I explained Im a lifetime customer. Not even a thank you. This really isn't about 6.00 for a chick. Its about taking care of me and my business. They did not care and I do not wish to be viewed as a consumer and not a customer. I will take my well earned money and move along. Jones, I ask that you improve the lives of your chicks and invest in some humane enclosures. All 4 chicks had balls of feces on each claw, which we could not see in the darkness around the cages. I will not be returning. Take your money and business elsewhere, and dont buy the chicks. I will be encouraging my friends and local businesses to do the same. I hope you treat your employees better than your customers.

I buy a lot of items here for my horses, pigs and chickens. They have everything from Hay to dog food. They serve gas and load the big bags of feed for you in your car. They have food. Many tack items for horses along with wormers and other items. The owner, his wife and kids are very nice.
